Cookies that salute KISS? Pure genius. Draw inspiration from this creative baker by making some of your own glam rock biscuits. You can doodle Gene Simmons onto edible rice paper and place them on warm cookies, or just use some normal paper and remove before eating. Please remember that part.

Crunchy Rock Biscuits
125g butter
275g (1 cup) crunchy peanut butter
200g (1 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
1 egg
260g (1 3/4 cups) plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
110g (3/4 cup) unsalted peanuts, roughly chopped

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
2. Beat the butter and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until creamy. Add the brown sugar and beat until pale. Add the egg and beat until combined.
3. Sift the plain flour and baking powder together. Use a wooden spoon to mix the dry ingredients and peanuts into the peanut butter mixture.
4. Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls and then flatten each of them onto the tray. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
5. Decorate them with Gene Simmons faces!!
6. EAT

Cooking Time
5 minutes. For a biscuit with a soft fudge centre cook them for only 10-12 minutes.
